Check out Maybeline's Color Sensational In Plum Perfect. As far as pigment and texture this is a great drugstore lipstick. I love how it goes on smoothly and it isn't very drying. I also love how it doesn't have shimmer but at the same time its not extremely matte. Dark lips are back in a big way this fall season and this lipstick works perfectly if you are going for that 1920s Vampy look or if you want high-drama lips for a perfect casual chic look.
